The Brick City Peace Collective and the Newark Office of Violence Prevention & Trauma Recovery, will host the Light Up the City Bike Ride, a 12- to 15-mile ride throughout the City of Newark. Bring your own bicycles. There will be limited loaner bikes and bikes for rent available. All ages are welcome. Decorate your bike with lights. Limited glow lights will be available.
Registration at the Office of Violence Prevention Trauma and Recovery will begin at 5 p.m., with kick stands up at 7:30 p.m.
