Overview
As part of the Goal: Zero initiative, "Blackout Wednesday" enforcement will be dedicated to the memory of Patrolman Jason Marles (Badge 271, End Of Watch, November 25, 2010), who was killed by a drunk driver on the Garden State Parkway while driving home to his family after completing a drunk driving enforcement detail in Ocean Gate.
