Overview
As part of the Goal: Zero initiative, law enforcement agencies throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties will conduct high-visibility enforcement focused on impaired driving and other dangerous driving violations to honor the memory of Kimberly Smith Ames, who was killed October 7, 1998 along with her unborn child by an impaired driver in Beachwood.
