The New Jersey Bike & Walk Coalition (NJBWC) will host a free webinar about New Jersey's new e-bike law and training. The live/online classroom, facilitated by Paul Mickiewicz, Program Manager, of the NJBWC and certified cycling instructor, will provide the latest updates on the new e-bike law, learn about training resources that every bike rider should know.
