The West Orange Department of Senior Services will host a pedestrian safety seminar designed to help older adults walk safely and navigate streets with confidence.
Learn about the steps being taken to make the community more pedestrian friendly and share your experiences and ideas for making streets safer.
Guest speakers will include David Antonio of the Essex County Planning Board who will talk about the Safe Streets 4 All Initiative, Jerry Guarino of the West Orange Pedestrian Safety Advisory Board on West Orange Complete Streets, and Erlea Maldonado-Jimenez of EZ Ride on Walk Smart.
