The Borough of Highland Park will kick off a Street Smart NJ pedestrian safety campaign, just as students return to school this fall.
Mayor Brill Mittler will speak at the event, along with members of the Borough Council, the Highland Park Police Department and Keep Middlesex Moving TMA.
